Unitic Creative Studio Refund Policy

At Unitic Creative Studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional creative services to meet our clients’ needs. This refund policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure a smooth process throughout our projects. The policy complies with South African consumer protection laws.

1. Refund Requests Before Project Initiation

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it before the project has been initiated. A project is considered initiated once both parties have agreed on the scope, and any work has commenced.

2. No Refund After Project Initiation
Once the creative process begins and work has been initiated (such as research, concept development, or design drafts), refunds are no longer available. This is because our services are customized to each client, and resources are allocated early in the project.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that creative work is highly subjective, and we prioritize customer satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied with the initial designs, they are entitled to request revisions until the final product meets their expectations, within the scope of the agreed project terms. However, additional revisions beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation After Project Initiation
If a client wishes to cancel the project after it has begun, no refund will be provided. The client will, however, receive any completed work up to the point of cancellation. This ensures the client retains some value from the work completed thus far.

5. Deposits and Milestone Payments
For larger projects, we may request a deposit or payment at certain milestones. These payments are non-refundable once received, as they cover the time and resources already dedicated to the project. This will be outlined clearly in the project agreement.

6. Force Majeure
In cases where the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters or other force majeure events), Unitic Creative Studio will assess the situation and may provide a partial refund or extend deadlines depending on the situation.

7. Dispute Resolution
If a client disputes the quality or delivery of the work, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. Our goal is always to find an amicable solution. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a mediator or legal channels in accordance with South African law.

8. Delivery of Final Assets
Final project assets will only be delivered once full payment has been made. In cases where a refund request is granted before project initiation, no assets will be delivered, as no work will have been undertaken.

9. Amendments to the Refund Policy
